The importance of reading

Hayden is invited to speak to the local primary school students recently on the importance of reading. Again, he is kind enough to share it with us!

Well, apparently he thought I was joking when I asked him to share...

He is by far the only guy I knew that love reading (and watching movies) so much. But then he must be getting inspirations from the books he reads. And he recently gotten more space for his beloved books:

Anyways, here's why he thinks it's important to read:

You don't notice it, but every book you read improves your mind.
Not just with your vocabulary and communication, but every story teaches us
something new about people, society, emotions and interacting with the world.
Billions of words written by billions of people.
Mean that we are lucky enough to have the opportunity to learn about anything!

***UPDATED*** Here's a picture of Hayden with the kids:

Ending here with the awesome gift he received from the kids he spoke to:

Aww, they called him Hayden Hobbit, how cute. Hehe. *Tries to ignore tight pants in picture* Ahem. =D
